A Kitchen

The kitchen is completely remodeled. It features lots of tile from our friends at Custom Floors and More, a family owned small business on the other side of the river (visit them at customfloors.biz). We added new ceramic tile floors as well as a floor-to-ceiling wall tile feature wall that is really quite stunning. There are also new quartz countertops, cabinets, faucet, garbage disposal, entry door, and appliances. The plumbing and electrical is all new, too, licensed, permitted, and inspected.

You can make some amazing meals here. This actually was made in this kitchen, this ain’t stock photography!

Improvements

• This kitchen was completely remodeled down to the studs and floor joists.

• The old flooring and subfloor were removed and a new level subfloor was put down.

• Steel mesh, leveling concrete, and new large format ceramic tile were added. (It has a wood grain pattern and everyone asks what kind of material is it. It has the look of wood but waterproof like tile while not looking like plastic like you get with vinyl)

• New cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc… everything is new.

• New electrical and plumbing.

• Two-toned blue and white cabinets offer plenty of storage while keeping this rather small kitchen from feeling too cramped.

• The counter-to-ceiling backsplash is a huge upgrade that makes the kitchen feel even more upscale.

• The telephone cabinet built-in was custom made our shop and brings some old-school charm to the space.
